Pictured is the Stagecoach Hill Azalea Reserve, located along Kane Road, north of Big Lagoon. This reserve is managed by the California State Park system. In the foreground is western azalea (Rhododendron occidentale) and blue blossom (Ceanothus thrysiflorus). In the background is Sitka spruce (Picea sitchensis).
